This terminal operates under the authority of the United Fleet Nations Command and may be accessed only by personnel registered in the Fleet Personnel Database. Unauthorised access constitutes a violation of Fleet Security Directive 7-Alpha and may result in investigation by the Fleet Intelligence Division and tribunal proceedings under Articles 12 and 31 of the Fleet Compact.
